XII International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications (SIBCON-2016)

The 12th Siberian conference SIBCON–2016 aims to offer opportunities to learn and to share information on the latest advances in communications and control systems. It will be held in Moscow, the Russian Federation, on May 12–14, 2016. The conference is organized by the Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk group and student department of IEEE on a regular basis in order to promote interdisciplinary discussion and interaction among scientists and engineers with an emphasis on the IEEE membership.

The conference proceedings as publication IEEE will be published in English, containing all conference manuscripts, and will be distributed among the conference participants. The Proceedings have official registration in IEEE Xplore. The Proceedings are indexed in WoS, Scopus, etc. Articles in Russian will be published in edited volume of Conference, but no will be included in IEEE Xplore.

The authors of the best papers will be awarded. The Scientific Program Committee will make the selection of papers. Only original, unpublished contributions will be considered.

The Conference is paced in IEEE calendar.

Within the Conference will be held seminar “Technologies National Instruments for education, science and industry”.
