Terms of participation
To participate in Conference you have to go through on-line registration on our web-site.
Till 14 March, 2016 the participants have to form text of paper in accordance with requirement and send to the Organizing Committee.
To take part at the conference, it is necessary to pay the registration fee.
It is necessary to prepare expert report on the possibility to publish paper in the open press (compulsorily for citizens of Russian Federation) and send to the Organizing Committee.
The participant has to receive confirmation from the Organizing Committee about the acceptance of paper.
It is necessary to prepare presentation, come to the Conference and tell about the paper members of Conference.
